It's just a Viking II sitting behind a homemade panel with a bunch of 
mis-matched extra meters hacked in.  Worst of all, the seller, 
Radio-mart is a known liar and thief who exaggerates and fabricates 
every listing he puts on eBay.  Google 'radio mart' for plenty of fun 
reading.   Case in point, he knows perfectly well what this is and has 
sold hundreds of radios running a pair of 6146s (clearly visible in his 
photo),  yet he purports that this is somehow a "3-500 watt rig", then 
even insinuates it could be a "Viking II prototype".  Could be a hacked 
up piece of junk, too...

The transmitter aside, he's a seller to be avoided at all cost.
