Subject: [Johnson] Johnson Ranger and Johnson 500 Operating and
AssemblyManuals for sale
I continue to clean house and have a new, comb bound, reproduction Johnson
Ranger manual for sale at $13 mailed.
I also have a Johnson 500 new, comb bound, reproduction manual, with larger
fold out schematic and RF deck and power supply wiring diagrams for sale at
$14 mailed.
Now for the real "treat". I have a Johnson 500 RF and Power supply assembly
manual that is comb bound with large schematics and wiring layouts for sale
at $35 mailed. Because it is a copy of one that was used to field assemble a
Johnson 500, it has check marks where tasks were completed as well as
numerous valuable notes and corrections.
Additionally, I have a pin board that I made to construct Johnson 500 power
supply wiring harnesses for sale at $10 plus shipping at cost. It measures
12 X 20 inches and corresponds to references of wire length and color as
found in the assembly manual.
A pin board for those who don't know the term is made with pins or nails on
a plywood (in this case) board which allows the wires to be neatly routed
through the pins, then broken out to where they are to connect in the
chassis. The wires can then be Ty-wrapped or laced which forms a neat bundle
to install in the chassis then terminated precisely and easily.
Please reply off list if interested.
