[Johnson] Using the Viking II w/external Modulator

My Viking 1 has the same modulator. The section in the manual that you are 
referring to, in mine, has the B+ and the Gn-Yel connected. After some 
study, that is the only way it will work.
At least it better work as Im also planning to use it as a driver.
