I actually have one of those: it was the UNGAR Princess Dual Temp 
Heat Gun. Mine still works perfectly. I did once find a surplus 
industrial IR Heat-tube thing. REALLY nice for some of the larger 
diameter, thick stuff, but usually use the UNGAR. Smaller, lighter, 
easier to use, and unlikely to melt metal rings on your hand if you 
get it inside the glowing tubes of the bigger guy.
