[Johnson] External relay control connector for early

I made mine from lengths of #12 or #14 (forget which) solid wire, soldered
leads to them and covered the exposed part(s) with shrink tubing.
The solid wires were trimmed so that no exposed wire showed.
These took just a few minutes to fabricate.
