   Transmitter in AM mode, use 50 ohm 100W load - 40M /7.0 mHtz - tune for 
330 mA plate current - 8 mA final grid - nominal 630 VDC on the modulator 
plates.

   Should be:

    -46 volts, DC - no modulation, on the grids (pins 5) of the modulator 
tubes.  Book sez set R61 for 50 - 70 mA resting current on the panel meter 
(if it's reasonably accurate - check it before trusting it!).
