   Um - .6 uF is pretty much a nonstandard value.  If you actually need 
.6000 uF (at what, .1% tolerance?) then I wish you well... and I would be 
very, very curious as to just what circuit or function required such a 
device in the first place..?


   BUT: .68 uF @ 50V caps are available everywhere passive components are 
sold - Mouser has them for 11 cents the copy.  And seeing how the 
tolerances on most small electrolytics runs - you'll get .61 to .75 uF in 
the general sample - if you bought a hundred and went through them, you 
could probably find one at or near .6 uf.

   Or you could make a unit up of two or three that made nearly .6, with 
the usual tolerance caveats.

   Didja check out Mouser, Digikey, Allied, Newark, etc., etc., etc.,??
