[Johnson] Viking II

I need a replacement HV indicator lamp socket for a Viking II. It is for
a screw-in miniature lamp (110v); both leads are insulated from ground
and it has an ell-shaped mounting bracket. Mine has disintegrated into
multiple parts and the multiple part guarantee has long since expired.
I've looked through all the catalogs including Radio Daze, AES, Mouser,
Allied etc. and can't find what I'm looking for. 

 

Anyone know where I can get me one of these?
