[Johnson] Viking Valiant shaft coupling

I have a Johnson Viking Valiant that needs a shaft
coupling between the dial and the VFO  shaft. This
shaft coupling adapts a small shaft to a larger one.
It has phenolic insulating material between the
couplings.
