[Johnson] Tuner Questions

I bought a 250-23 tuner yesterday and it has a mod I'm not aware of so I'm
asking the experts.  It has a switch on the back that grounds the left
balanced line input.  Thoughts?  Someone also added a plug connected to the
AC screws and a coax connector added to the RCVR screws.

I also need a manual and/or pictures of the inside.

Finally, should all three holes in the front panel have bushings in them?
