There is a back issue of ER in which I wrote an article about this question. I forgot the name of the gent who makes the replacement decal but all the info is in there. Check for the late late 2004 to early 2005 ER's under N6KYR. Best of luck. Cal.

 Does any one know if any one makes a reproduction Decal or can someone scan 
the decal into there computer and print it out on a peal and stick decal.. 
The decal is the one that is on the rear of the Johnson Viking Match Box 
antenna tuner, This is the smaller Tuner not the Kilowatt tuner...If any one 
out there knows or a source or can help please drop me a message..Thanks for
