Put a 1N4007 in series with the 150 volt lead to the relay coil and put a 5 uF capacitor across the relay coil. This will allow the relay to close instantly, but the capacitor must discharge through the coil after voltage is removed. You may need to experiment with the value of the capacitor, but I'll bet 5 uF is about right.
