[Johnson] Addendum to SSB adapter

Gentlemen,

An addendum to my 'want' for a switch section for the SSB Adapter.  this is
a on/off section that mounts on the back of the switch separate from the
switch itself.  Another member said that these could be found on Heaths and
Drakes.  If you have a parts radio take a look and see if you have such an
animal.  My thanks would know no bounds.
