[Johnson] Thunderbolt Plate Supply Transformers Failure History

I have two HF Thunderbolts and a 6N2 Thunderbolt. Never had a problem
with the plate supply transformers. Actually never had any problem with
these Amps except for their weight and size. I've driven them with tube
rigs and newer solid-state rigs.
