[Johnson] PTT for Viking II

I have my Viking II almost ready for a 2006 debut. Before I commit a "fatal  
error," I thought I'd ask what lead should be switched by the PTT relay. I am  
guessing that it should be either the black=ground or the orange lead on the 
HV  switch. Probably the orange wire should be removed from the HV switch and 
put on  the open relay contact and the ground could switch to it. Tell me what 
I  should know. The CW would also now be PTT, too, right?
