I have had good results with meter repair from this guy.

I don't know if he will repair a mater with a burned out coil.
There are others. If you want to know additional names, I might have a list
somewhere if I can just find it. None of them are cheap. But, since meters
for these old rigs are almost impossible to find, sometimes you don't have a
choice.
