I am not familar with the Eldico SSB-2000. What are
the drive requirements?

The Thunderbolt will definitely require an attenuator
between the 32V-2 and the linear.

Since you cannot put out more than 375 watts of
carrier on AM with 100% modulation I wonder if adding
the linear amplifier after the 32V-2 is really going
to be "worth it". You are going to have to "throw
away" a lot of power in the attenuator to keep the
32V-2 from harming the Thunderbolt to get about a 4 dB
maximum increase in output power.

In most cases the 100+ watts from the 32V-2 is going
to work anything that 375 watts will work.

(AM mode) either a Johnson Thunderbolt or Eldico
SSB-2000 that I have. Which one would you use and if
you don't mind, why.
