Use a 'scope Chuck... PROVIDED that the voltage ratings of the PS do 
not exceed the voltage ratings of the probe (presuming you're using a 
10X probe... or of the 'scope input if 1X. Otherwise, see what kind 
of AC voltage you can measure using the VTVM (but the same max 
voltage rating concerns apply.) At 20Kohms/V it may even be you could 
use a VOM ... I never have though-and I'm not certain what the **AC** 
input impedance might be.
