[Johnson] ranger fuse

NEC 240.22 specifically bans overcurrent devices from
the neutral UNLESS they are such that they break ALL
of the connections (hot and neutral) when blown.
Now, a VERY good reason why to obey the NEC and NOT
put a fuse in the neutral is that if there is a
problem (like a fire, death, etc.) that involves the
device in which the neutral was fused, your insurance
company can, and probably will, refuse to pay any
benefits. If you check your policies you will see
that there are clauses that take care of things like
not obeying the NEC.

Thank about it. Using a three-wire cord, with the
'green' direct to chassis, and a fuse in each leg, it
doesn't matter what goes wrong.
