[Johnson] 4-prong bias plug for Thunderbolt

Another thought would be to get the 4 pin matching chassis jack and plug
microphone assemblies that were used on the early Kenwood rigs. The hole
assemblies should be pretty close. Also, with a slight enlarging of the
hole, the 4 pin Amphenol assemblies (similar to the 2 pin used on Heath
and some Johnson rigs) would also work.
