[Johnson] Viking II : Low plate current

Check the screen voltage on the 6146's.

Recently acquired and recently working Viking II has developed problem.
Tunes up by the book until we turn on plate supply and turn up the drive-
cannot get more than 40ma of plate current, and final will not load. Voltage
at plates measuring about 800 volts.  New 6146's. Textbook 80m dipole,
ladder line and matchbox, 122 VFO.  Checked all the usual dumb things many
times. Nothing noticeably amiss- no smoke, etc. Any advice for beginner
returning to ham radio after 38 year hiatus appreciated.
