[Johnson] Need Thunderbolt Grid/HV Meter

I need a replacement Grid/HV meter for the Thunderbolt linear that I am 
rebuilding.  I can use any Johnson meter that has the same bezel color and 
shape (the face from my damaged meter is salvageable, mine has no bezel 
and a damaged movement).  I believe that Valiant's used the same meter 
type.
