NO, don't hook other lead of the transformer to pin 2 of the connector.  It
should be grounded to the chassis.

Tnx for all the input.Ok, one leg of transformer goes to pin #1 which goes
to grid of tube.Now the other lead does that go directly to ground or do I
hook to pin #2 so when I key mic then goes to ground.Just dont want any
problems.  Ted
