[Johnson] impedance transformer

The microphone transformer goes between pin 1 and
ground.  Push to talk goes between pin 2 and ground. 
Thus, there is no problem!

Think about it!  Unless the transformer is mistakenly
wired to the wrong pin it is not in the push to talk
circuit.

Be CARFEFUL with the PTT on Johnson Valiants and
500's, etc...  check the book and/or schematic to
determine what voltage is accross the PTT line when
it's 'open circuit'.
