[Johnson] E F Johnson vintage SWR bridge FS

For Sale:

E. F. Johnson Model 250-849 "Antenna Meter"
Even though it says "Antenna Meter" on it, it is really just
a normal HF SWR bridge.  It is in a black box about 5 inches 
long, 3 inches high, and 2 inches deep, with an SO-239 
connector out each side. The actual meter movement is an
edgewise meter movement.  It is interesting to note that the 
front panel is marked "Waseca, Minn. U.S.A" with no zip code 
given, so that should give some indication of its vintage.
This unit is in very nice condition.  I can not find a scratch 
on it, and the paint is very good, except for some very slight 
wear on the heads of the screws on the bottom of it, due to 
the fact that there are no feet on the bottom.  $30


Other HF SWR Bridges and wattmeter available:

SWR Bridge
This is the standard HF SWR bridge in a gray crinkle box 
about 6 inches long and a couple inches square, with SO-239 
connectors coming out of each end. It works fine. $12

ParaDynamics PDC-1
This HF wattmeter / SWR bridge will read forward and
reflected power with either 100 W or 10 W full scale.  It
is relatively small, making it great for mobile operation.
Of course with a 10 W scale, it would be useful for QRP 
operation as well.  $18
