In case you don't find one of these in a "pre-owned" condition, BSW
(http://www.bswusa.com) has a good selection.  I use the OC White 51900BLK
with the riser to keep the swing arms well above the table and out of the
way.  It easily supports an RE-20 or Heil PR-40, and is better than anything
else I've tried.
