[Johnson] So sue me

I've bought and sold boatanchors and other items for the last several years.
My only problems have been when dealing with corp. entities. Most all the
individuals I have bought from and sold to have been great. I always
include a statement to the effect that the item is sold as is, no warranty
of any kind implied or otherwise. No refunds....I've never had a problem.
I think in most courts of law sales between two individuals follows one
simple rule....Buyer Beware. (there's a Greek term for it but I couldn't
spell it! Ha!)
I wouldn't worry much about it!
Cecil...
