[Johnson] Ranger 1

I have a Ranger one that was working fine until I decided to replace a couple of caps. It still seems to work fine but I now do not have any plate voltage (when the mode switch is turned to phone or CW with the key down).  I checked the clamper tube, the power transformer and most the other tubes...all fine. The electrolytics are also fine. I believe the wiring is OK. Where should I start looking?  I'm not the world's best tech...but I do have a very healthy respect for the high voltages in this unit.
