Hi Folks
  Thanks for the replys.Here is what I know so far.
Tuning up every thing is fine,oscillator,buffer etc on all bands.

full power out on am,plenty of grid drive,but very weak
and distorted audio,no resting mod current.plate current higher than normal.

On cw very little output,abt 5 watts,plenty of grid drive,but no plate
current.

 Viking 1 is sitting on bench into a dummy load.

The final is a 4D32.

I was using it regularly till now.
