[Johnson] FS -- Johnson Challenger

Pretty darn nice looking Johnson Challenger for sale.  The meter is not original, but it fits in well with the look.  The transmitter lights up OK, but doesn't want to load up.  No indication of output.  This one comes with an original manual from late in the model run.  I can tell this because it has the ZipCode for Waseca on the cover.
Just in case, the Challenger is a screen modulated AM/CW crystal controlled transmitter that covers 80-6 meters.  I'll throw in a hand-full of crystals that will get you on desirable frequencies on all the bands.
I owned one of these from 1964 though 1969.  It was my second transmitter, and a nice upgrade from my Knight T-60. $90.00 shipped to your door CONUS.
