Hi Angelo,

I am shocked to hear about your experience with Gary Brown.  I have and many 
dealings with him amounting to many hundreds of dollars and have always found 
him to be honest and a man of his word.  I am sure there must have been some 
extenuating circumstances to make you feel the way that you do.

I would suggest you contact Heyboer Transformer Company    
http://www.heyboertransformers.com/index.shtml   They have not done anything for me, but I 
understand they do excellent work and are far cheaper than some of the competition.

I would give Gary another chance, though.  I am sure he will do whatever is 
necessary to make you happy.
