[Johnson] Thunderbolt meter case wanted

Greetings to all,

        While replacing a new front panel on my Thunderbolt, I dropped one
of the meters and cracked the case.  I am looking for a replacement case
(meter can be bad) for the MA/KV meter.  I will take just a case or a
complete meter (either meter).  Cash or trade.  I still have a few Johnson
Desk KW and 500 lock and key sets.
