[Johnson] Ranger II FM-ing on 40m Only

Hi Philip,

Yep,  I out boarded the 18k resistor with a 5 watt, and also replaced 
the VR tube with a 150 volt 5 watt zener.  Forgot to mention that.  

And thanks to you Cal for your suggestion.
