[Johnson] historical question regarding Desk Kilowatt

Don't know how many were produced, but the desk was
sold as an accessory and didn't come mounted on the
KW.  You could purchase a desk at anytime although
many were shipped at the same time as the KW.

If I remember correctly, the desk came "knocked down",
that is, "some assembly required"!
