I have a Ranger that is surplus to my needs and I am considering either 
selling it or trading it for something I need.  But before I make that 
decision I am wondering if anyone has any advice on the value of 
restoration.  I can get rid of it AS-IS or I can restore it to operating 
condition and restore the cabinet first.  I am wondering if the increase 
in value of a minor restoration (get it working and repaint the cabinet, 
with the proper paint of course) would be worth my time???
