I have a Desk KW that I bought almost 2 years ago.  It is an incredible =
radio.  You definately running some serious AM when the Desk is in the =
"High Tap"! =20

My 2 cents.  A nice condition and functional desk, meaning pedestal and =
desk option, may be in the $3000-$4500 range.   As you would suspect, =
there is a wide window on price.  When I was shopping, the Desks in the =
<$3K range were rough, rusty, or non functional.  There seemed to be a =
middle ground between $3000 and $4500 for nice Desks or desks requiring =
a little restoration like the linoleum.  There were several above $4500.

Since you asked for opinions, I think you should keep the Desk, hope for =
better neighbors or neighbor proximity across the state, and run the =
Desk in the "low tap".  I run my desk in the low tap at minimum output =
for neighborly relations :) '
