[Johnson] 5-pin connector

All: I am interested in (a) identifying the series number of the 5-pin
connector on the Valiant II rear panel (I believe it's made by Amphenol but
I can't find the series number, and Amphenol doesn't make it any more, I
don't think), and (b) locating one.  I have just acquired a Johnson SSB
adapter with no cables or power supply and am trying to resurrect it.

As an aside, I have the UG8 grip-to-talk desk stand from Astatic, along with
the dynamic cartridge for it.  I seem to recall that someone made an adapter
for the top of that stand to allow a mike with a 5/8"-27 threaded fitting to
adapt to the stand.  Anyone have any suggestion on where to locate such a
thing?
