[Johnson] Thunderbolt question: Matched finals needed?

If the plate cap hasn't fully broken off (i.e. no glass breakage), you may be able to salvage the tube by resoldering the cap on and using a high temp bonding agent to repair the problem. FWIW. Cal, N6KYR.
