Yes.

I thought I had a digital image of that article here but cannot find it.
Someone with the article and a scanner should be able to email it to you.

That may be a stretch. I suggest you hand a trap at the ends of the 80
meter dipole and drop some wire down toward the ground. then see if the
tuner will match it. (I have not tried this.)
