[Johnson] Invader 2000 fuse blows

OK.  Several people have said check the filter caps in the power supply.  I
forgot to mention that if I disconnect the load (transmitter) from the power
supply, the fuse doesn't blow.  Please correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't
a leaky filter capacitor in the supply warm and possibly blow the fuse even
without a load since they are connected in parallel with the load?
