[Johnson] EF Johnson building up for sale!

FYI:I got a hold a hold of this advert while searching for more old EFJ history pix: http://www.mainst.org/BuildingOpportunities/BuildingProfileDetail.asp?ID=101 Apparently, that historic building that Edgar Johnson and his wife were building Rangers, Valiants, 500's, Desk Kilowatts, Navigators, Viking 1 and 2's, 122 VFO's and whatever else is up for sale. Seems cheap (around $80k or so). It would be interesting to see some enterprising ham reclaim that building and build retro tube BA gear (no, my tie-bolt "business" is too small. Cal, N6KYR.
