You're probably better off constructing such a device on your own. Anyone with a Heathkit HW-101 manual has a t attenuator circuit printed on it's pages. Better yet, if you intend to drive a Ranger into a T-Bolt or Courier amp, your best bet is to reduce the power out of the Ranger by inserting a large w-w dropping resistor in the transmitter. Details escape me but I know it was in Electric Radio sometime back. The premise of the article was that you should be able to crank down the power out without the use of a t-pad. Good luck.
