[Johnson] Cleanup suggestions?

Good Morning, fellow Johnson enthusiasts.

With winter not far around the corner and more time for 
indoor activities, I have some "boatanchors" that will
receive some long overdue "spiffing" up.

I am new to this list so if this subject has been covered
repeatedly, I apologize.  Having said that, I would be
interested in knowing any "clean up" tips from the experts.
What do you use and how do you use whatever it is to clean up
the normal accumulated "grit/grime/nicotine/body oils,
etc?"  Do you do anything to the surface after cleaning,
like light wax or silicon or?  Is there a source for "touch
up paint" to match the Johnson line? I'm sure I have other
questions but with only 2 cups of coffee in my system so far,
I can't remember what they were!
