[Johnson] Johnson Adventurer P.S. electrolytics where can I find ?

Get a couple of axial lead 22 uf or 33 uf 450V electrolytics from Radio
Shack, DigiKey, or Mouser, and wire them in series. You will be creating, in
effect, a single 11 or 16 uf 900V cap. New electrolytics are small, and two
of them still take up far less space than the original single 8 uf 700V
paper electrolytic. Pay attention to polarity, of course. If you want to get
fancy, put them end-to-end inside a sleeve of heatshrink, but clearly mark
the outside with the value and polarity.
