Hey, guys!  And YL's!

Most of the QTH lists are set to have the Reply To function default to the 
sender's address.  This was an oversight on this list, which I have just 
changed.  So, now if you use "Reply," the address of the sender will be 
entered in your "To" line.  To send a message to the entire list, you may 
use "Reply To All" or insert the list address in the message.

The mailing address for the Johnson reflector is:

johnson@mailman.qth.net

One of the reasons I'm making this change, other than to follow 
recommendations from the system administrator, is that I just rejected a 
half dozen messages that were intended for an individual poster and not the 
entire list!  Please make sure that anything posted to the list address 
really is appropriate for the whole group!  Buying and selling, in 
particular, should be carried on person-to-person.

The above also lets you now that temporarily I am moderating all messages 
(reviewing them before approving them to be sent on to the list).  This is 
because of some threats to disrupt this list from some disgruntled 
person.  I want to protect the integrity of this reflector, and will revert 
it to normal operation when it seems safe to do so.

Should something inappropriate ever show up on the list, please let me 
know.  Sometimes things do slip past me.
