[Johnson] Johnson Valiant - Setting Finals and Modulator Bias

So, in your opinion, the bulletin is incorrect regarding final bias at -52V and
the manual is correct at a setting of -70V (Though the bulletin is correct at a
setting of 40 ma versus the manual setting of 60ma)?  If so, wonder why the
Johnson bulletin said to set it at -52V for final bias?  Interesting....let see
if anyone else has an opinion.
