Hello Guy,

After readion your mail, I tried your suggestion, too.  When I brought up 
"Internet," my only option was to scan incoming or not to sacn incoming.  
There was nothing about outgoing.  I already had the "Automatic Update, Don't 
bother me" selected.

I am running Norton Systemworks 2001.  Any suggestions?
