[Johnson] Ranger Chirp

I know it was mentioned before some time ago, but I didn't think about it 
then.

My old Ranger has a pretty bad chirp on 40M. Doesn't seem so bad on 20 or 
above. Before I get a hernia taking it down from it's place, any quick 
suggestions what to look for first? (Besides obvious, like VR tube not firing)
