[Johnson] Service Bulletins for Johnson Desk KW

Hi Cliff, If you find someone that has them I would be glad to scan and make
into pdf files like I do the Collins stuff. You could find a webpage to put
them on or just e-mail out when someone asks. Please ask for clean originals
