It is a Stancor TA-17 with the following information
on the label:

35 Watt Modulation Transformer

Primary 8 ohms

Secondary 5,000 ohms and 7,000 ohms.

Other than that, I have no idea as to if it would do
what you want to do or not!

Price, I guess $20 plus $5 shipping.
